Ride the Cyclone
Seeking performers age 18+ to portray 17-years old. All roles are paid stipended positions.
We're currently seeking performers for Noel Gruber, Karnak, and two swing/understudy positions. All other roles have been filled.
Noel Gruber (Male identifying)
An aspiring poet and the only openly gay teenager in Uranium City, Saskatchewan. A self-proclaimed nihilist and romantic, he lives his life imagining it as a tragic, poetic French New Wave film.
Vocal range: G2–G4
Karnak (Gender open)
The Amazing Karnak is the omniscient, eerie, and dryly hilarious narrator of Ride the Cyclone.
This is a speaking role
Swings (2 roles)
Seeking two swings—one male-identifying and one female-identifying—to learn and cover all tracks in the production in the event of illness or other absences.
